North American Mass Transit Systems on the same scale

I find it weird that this map includes the Canada Line in Vancouver which opened in 2009 but not Link Light Rail in Seattle which opened a month before the Canada Line or the MAX Green Line in Portland which opened a month after the Canada Line. 

Hey there’s St. Louis’s tiny system! 

Every attempt at expanding it is defeated by suburban voters who are convinced that brown people “Urban Youths” will use the metro to go burglarize suburban homes. 

Because someone hauling a stolen TV on the metrolink would not be noticed at all.
